Service Department:
JOB DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Service Administrator (Experienced)
We require an experienced Service Administrator who will regularly report to the Technical Services Manager. The Service Administrator is a key position encompassing customer service, purchasing, logistics and account administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
- Self starter with good understanding of technology.
- Excellent customer service skills and willingness to assist clients with service related issues.
- Experience with purchasing process including inventory.
- Coordination, documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of account management and business development principles.
HOURS:
Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm. 40 hours per week.
COMPENSATION:
Salary commensurate with experience
JOB DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Service Hardware Technician (Experienced)
We require an experienced Service Administrator who will regularly report to the Technical Services Manager. The Service Administrator is a key position encompassing customer service, purchasing, logistics and account administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
- Computer service, consulting and troubleshooting at both depot and client sites including but not limited to: diagnosis/repair; hardware replacement/repair, computer and network setup and/or installations focusing on all Apple computer products and related hardware/software and the current Macintosh OS
- Telephone and face-to-face support and response to client inquiries and client communication regarding status of equipment
- Sales responsibilities insomuch as they relate to service contracts, billing of service hours; and recommendations regarding hardware & software upgrades
- Paperwork and administration related to the above including creation of client records, Create, track and close repairs in GSX (Global Service Exchange), create invoices for service and related products and filing of same.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Apple desktop/portable and OS or ACTC certifications required
- 4 - 6 years of experience with Apple products and in-depth Knowledge of Mac OS X (and earlier) essential
- Familiarity of Office/DTP/iApps
- Good problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Valid drivers license an asset
HOURS:
Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm. 40 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Paperwork and administration related to the above including creation of client records, service request orders, invoices for service and related products and filing of same.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Apple Certified technical coordinator (ACTC)
- Knowledge of Mac OS X server essential
- PC, Linux and Unix experience an asset
- Familiarity of Office/DTP/iApps
- Good problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Valid drivers license an asset
HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (possibly weekends)

Retail Sales:
We are looking for high-energy & friendly people to staff our boutique-style retail floor as cashiers and retail sales representatives. A current and working knowledge of Apple hardware & software is ideal for providing our clients with the best service and advice. As such, being a complete Mac-geek is an asset, though not required. Part Time Sales Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
- Properly complete all required paperwork related to the quotation and sales of product and services in a timely manner.
- Properly, accurately, and safely handle and credit card processing.
- Ensuring client/supplier database is up-to-date and accurate.
- Protect the company assets through proper stock handling, paperwork, time-management and security measures.
- Continually enhance product knowledge through self-guided research
- Clean and merchandise as required.
- Be punctual.
- Assist in any other tasks/duties that may from time to time be deemed necessary by management.
- Grow the business by actively promoting products and solutions.
- Complete Apple Product Professional training before end of probation period.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 12 hours per week. Maximum 37.5 hours per week.

- Develop a strong foundation in one of Carbon’s key verticals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A strong understanding of the Mac market.
- Retail experience (6 months to 1 year).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- The ability to listen, analyze, and recommend solutions for clients.
HOURS:
• 42 Hours per week
• Variable schedule based on retail hours

Retail Manager:
If you have the experience, the problem solving ability and stellar communication skill sets, then perhaps you're best suited to manage one of our key departments. Our Retail Department is in need of just such an individual.
