We'll solve the problem or suggest a solution whether it's software or hardware related. The AppleCare Protection Plan is a uniquely integrated service and support solution that extends the complimentary coverage on your Mac to three years from the computer’s purchase date. This comprehensive plan includes expert telephone assistance, web-based support resources, powerful diagnostic tools, and repairs for desktop computers and portable computers — all for one economical price.

We recommend that you purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan when you purchase your Apple system to take maximum advantage of the coverage the plan provides.

Please be aware of the following:
Service Orders are first come first serve. Priority repairs are available by request. Macs older than a Beige G3 will be treated as Data Transfers Only. Carbon Computing does not recommend that they be repaired. Clients must backup their own data, as Carbon Computing is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any data contained on the equipment repaired by Carbon Computing. A $65 service charge for evaluation of equipment is charged to EVERY Service Repair Order except if the problem is covered under warranty (CarbonCare or AppleCare) in which case the fee will be waived. 90 Day parts and labour warranty unless otherwise stated. Service is billable in 30min increments after the first hour. Equipment unclaimed after 30 Days may be sold or disposed of at Carbon Computing's discretion.
